Returns

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, subject to the usual statutory exceptions (for example, personalised or clearly used items).

To start a return, email support@cameras.fancybonnet.com with your order details and we'll confirm the next steps. Items should be returned in the condition they were received.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a returned item has been received and inspected.
